Heck man, that's a new one to me. The threes look like a greek sigma to me (Σ) That 8 is pretty wild looking too. What gun did you see this one on? It's obviously Chinese with the short lug, but what other info is there about it?

Hard to say, but it looks pretty intentional to me. The slot is the same size and the others.

How many made year to year at that arsenal RM? I doubt many.... Broken stamp could be used on darn near all of them.

This is the highest S/N I've seen from this arsenal. 21 mil in the 700's exists as do two other 24 mils in the 3000's

I'll see if I can get arsenal stamps of all three examples.
