***I'm not sure if this was the right spot to post the pictures you're asking for on the survey***
Here is my newest early 1950 Tula. All matching, but stock does have xXxX on it. Aquired recently.

thumb1 Nice man Congrats. Which style gas block and bayo collar?  Love the year and arrow stamps on the receiver cover. My 1950 has early features but leans toward later.

Looks nice and clean, would love to see more when you have the chance.
Hippies are like stray cats...Feed 'em once and they never leave...then they stink up your couch.

Added a couple new pictures. Was trying to keep them to a minimum for what the survey was asking for......if it needs to be moved, no worries. As far as I could tell....all 1949 attributes except the spike bayonet. Has an un-chromed barrel as well. Pat

Nice...  I see all too often guys buy a 49 or 50 refurb and most if not all components show otherwise.  Very common for re-arsenaled rifle to have a new or scrubbed cover from any given year added to the rifle at the time.

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Am I reading that list correctly that shows EM prefix in the 1949 column?
I couldn't believe it either......it's all early. I then expected it to re-barreled....but nope...gray and not too bad inside. About the only thing I haven't looked at yet is the is the front stock retainer to see if it's the welded blob style. I'll look after I get home.
