Norinco sks d model and stripper clips???'s

We're there any Norinco sks D models with the stripper clips cut outs made in the bolts, I see one that is all matching numbers and it has the cutout on the bolt for stripper clips?Thanks

The SKS D does not have a bolt hold-open which makes it difficult and impractical to top off or reload with stripper clips.
