Hello, everyone! My name is Zach and I am the new guy helping Mr. Murray. He is a wonderful teacher, and I am learning a lot from him about SKSs and guns in general. Wish me luck over this next few months to a year so that I can make sure he can take a rest!

He should be able to get into some archived type files to retrieve that. There are people for that, I think they call them nerds, or geeks.

You won't hear much goodwill headed Ranger's way from this board...this whole site exists as a big middle finger to him and the bobbleheads who ran SKSboards into the ground.  Used to be such a great site way back when.  Oh well. 

Would suggest you and Ben pull the info & posts that you want from the internet archive while it's still available (Here is Murray's board):

It will not be up forever.  The wayback machine is very limited with respect to forums in that you can't be 'logged in' to see PM's, hidden members only boards, any non-external linked photos, or do any board related things.  It's a snapshot of text and that's pretty much it, but you can copy & paste it to save it at least.
