Potential project idea

I have had an idea for an SKS project in my head for a while, just waiting to find a proper host gun for it. I was hoping some of the people here who have more experience or knowledge could help tell me which parts are unfeasible or unable to be done.

-SBR Krink style (cut barrel with front sight post right at gas port, depending on if it would still cycle with it that close)
-threaded barrel (14x1LH, extending past the FSP)
-rechambered to 9x39 (if able to modify an existing barrel/bolt would still work, if not will keep 7.62x39)
-suppressor (either form 1 build a PBS-1 look alike or go for a normal 9mm can, if keeping 7.62 then a DA Wolverine)
-make it a D type (modify a normal SKS to have a similar system)
-custom stock (there's that one I preordered already that's a Mini 14 style folder with AK grip, might work well for it)
-AK style side optic side rail (tapped into the receiver)
-possible foregrip using another backwards AK pistol grip

I need to make an MSpaint mockup of it, but this is just what's in my head for it. My biggest unknown is if rebarreling would even work and even if the barrel works, whether or not it would feed 9x39 with the same bolt head and mags. To my knowledge, you can use normal AK mags for 9x39, but some have issues feeding. The potential issue of cycling might fix itself if I'm throwing on a suppressor to extend the travel for gas.
