Ex Sniper 1940 Tula M9130

I got this today, along with the 4 carbines. It does have the refurbishment mark on the butt stock and it came with a non matching bayonet. Normally I don’t buy round receiver rifles but this being an ex sniper, it caught my eye and I couldn't beat the price at $400. It has a nice bore and it’s my 2nd ex sniper. How do you tell if it was a PU or a PE Sniper?

Probably going to have to compare the mount holes that are welded.. Both of my snipers are PU type. My guess.. based off the year, I'd lean towards a PE mount.

From the 1st link you shared, my ex sniper serial number is only off by 23 digits ! Unless the Cyrillic prefix changes that?
