I couldn't be more happy with my purchases.  Numrich really came through on these.  Received first pistol a few weeks back, was so happy with it I ordered a second.

First pistol is a 1985 manufacture.  It has big dot sights, plastic hand grips with thumb rest and a painted finish.
Second pistol is a 1983 manufacture.  It has a blued finish, wood hand grips and narrow GI sights.

So different yet so similar.

Righteous!! Man those are beautiful. I like the dot sights (I didn't know any HPs had them, I know my 1941 doesn't) but the one with the walnut grips is lights out gorgeous. Sell me those grips! Awesome guns, Adam, congrats.

"You would last about an hour in Charlotte before the police were called bc you were walking around outside with a bottle of scotch and a g43."

"I don't appreciate you showing Nazi images. My old lady's granddad died at Auschwitz."
"I'm sorry to hear that..."
"Yeah...he fell off a guard tower."

"Why the hell does it look like you turned into some weird trendy libtard?"

Very different.  I love the classic looks of the '83  thumb1  The '85 looks like a modern shooter with the 3 dot sights and ergo grips.  They should both be a heckuva lot of fun.  I'm wondering which you'll prefer as a shooter.  Nice pair, I mean, uh, nice score!

VERY nice Adam, congratulations on a great score!

Sooooo, I called this morning and ordered the very last hi power numrich had.  Wonder what I'll end up with!

I'm thinking I'm going to like the mkII better for target practice. Everything about it makes it a better shooter.. But my heart belongs to the earlier one with those blued curves and walnut grips.
