416 M21 & Public Security - a (very) late clarification

I was checking my old posts about anything '416' and came across a thread from back in November of '18. I had replied to a post re 416 PSs. In a 'cut and paste' reply to FIRST CHOICE, I left in some text that made it look like I had a Public Security M21. 
With major apologies, mea culpas, and a gomen asai to FIRST CHOICE, I got sidetracked (as usual) and never replied to clarify, or add pics. 
Here's the M21 I snagged (back before prices went haywire).

Very nice M21 and to get it for a 1995 price definitely makes it the score of 2018

The closest I've ever gotten to an M21 is in the form of a 21mm metric wrench

I vaguely remember the discussion. (This many years, I'm happy to be conscious and feeding myself.  )

I tried locating the thread but my search abilities are lacking tonight I guess. Got a link to the old thread? I'm interested in the PS guns anyway and like to read the old discussions. And, it's always nice to look at the pics.

Here's my PS unit. It came to me hopelessly defaced in an ATI Monty and missing the receiver cover, 2 items gone forever. This is the best I could do since it was a salvage. Timbersmith, Tech 200, Romy sling, 5 round mag (I've since put the original mag back). I may fake what's missing some decade. PAX
