Hey all,

Im new here,,but have been on CGN for 1.5yrs as JimDO ,and SKS survivors as CrazySquid for about a year.
Currently touring europe and asia with my wife,,,tried to log into sks survivors today,,not sure whats up,,maybe because im overseas? But it says im banned from sks survivors,,, i have no clue why.
Hoping its just a security issue with a new ip range login,,but regardless,,,looking forward to this forum too.

Will be in Vietnam and Cambodia this week and im hoping to find some sks to photo,,

Hard to say why you got the "banned" signal over there.  Don't worry though, some of these guys consider it a badge of honor.    Maybe I'll pop over there and see what your stats say.  jd

I wouldn't worry too much about it squid, I'm sure it's something to do with the ip you're trying to log in from while traveling. 

I wish I could say that if you were banned you would know it, but sadly that's not been the case it seems.

Just tried to get into the other sks site,,this time from Vietnam,,still no luck,,

Oh well, regardless of whether ive been banned or these asian ips,,, this site seems much friendlier already

Bad news,

I was hoping to come across some sks but,,only one at a range in Cambodia,,it was a mix match of parts,,1950 receiver cover on a letter series laminate

The Royal Palace guards in Phnom Penh were not carrying any sks as Ive seen in online photos,,but instead, Russian M44s.

But we did have some fun firing off different full auto weapons,,,ie AK47, RPK, T97 etc

    Welcome--(Ronald on the other board)--You guys that get banned must have peooood one of the GODS--me I am just a small pain in the azz and at one time or another pizz everyone off--especially with  --dang I like that guy, wish I could add him to my email handler!!!  Actually it was probably because of the connection that you got that message--any way--BE CAREFUL over there---check with the locals to include their gov officials over there about SKS---even possibly our  reps there.  Wish I could make a trip back to Vietnam ( my medical condition wouldn't allow it)   with the cheap labor there  --I could dig up enough stuff we blew up or buried to fill the bring back demand for a few years--or go to prison till I turn into fertilizer--and HEY---watch what you eat --drink only beer from a bottle-- they got some nasty parasites there in those 3rd world countries
