New guy seeking help

Hi all, new to the forum, been lurking awhile and decided to join as I need some expert advice. I own two SKS's one for a few years and the other for a few days. I thought I knew a little bit about the SKS until finding this place lol. I will be posting about each rifle in the respective areas hoping you guys can tell me what I got by looking at the details. I know one rifle is a Chinese type 56 and the other is a 1950 Russian, but each one has some things that have me puzzled. Thanks to all in advance, I'm glad to be here!
