Wanted to introduce my SKS only when I've figured out more about it so as not to embarrass me. 
Think it is a Russian letter series from 1958 ... hete we need a permit from the local police for the acquisition

Thought in the first moment that it is mine 

Have not found any import mark what is not exceptional here with older weapons because this duty exists only since 2013. Gives no marks that looks like hand scraped to gas pipe, butt ect ..
That puzzles me a bit in the question  for revision.  I noticed that the barrel / wood gets hot very fast. Say after 10 shots is the usual in the SKS?

Yes, they do heat up quite quickly. With the gas venting into the handguard it’s normal for it to heat up too. Often additional preservative grease seeps out of the wood after firing.

  Great to have you join us from the beautiful country of Switzerland! The Russian SKS-45 is an excellent choice for your first SKS. What is the average price for the SKS in Switzerland? Is 7.62x39mm ammunition available and affordable?

  I'm sure you've already been reading through the site, but there's lots of good data and information on the Russian SKS-45 in the Russian section.

  No problem on the Google translations, so far.  As in any translation program, there's always a bit of "choppy" sentences, etc. But nothing we can't figure out, so far! How's the translation on your end?

  Do you have easy access to range facillities to be able to shoot your rifles and other firearms? As our population grows here, it seems harder to find locations to target shoot. We still have quite a bit of open land and state park shooting ranges open to us. It's not as easy as it was 20-30 years ago, though.

On average cost 50 shot ca for 30fr and are actually always available. 
So far never had problems to shoot the sks in a shooting basement. 
But store all weapons at home in a room with security door and video surveillance..

So, 50 rounds of 7.62x39mm costs 30 Swiss Francs, (which is running right at 1:1 with the US Dollar right now), so about $.60 (USD) per round? It's good that it's always available to you! It's usually available here. If not in local stores, we can usually order varieties online on the web. Prices here run from about $.25 per round to $1.00 per round, (or more), depending on type, brand, etc. Shopping around, and in bulk, usually gets our best deals. The days of $.05(USD) per round for the military surplus x39 are long gone for us.

The weather is starting to cool off here in my area. The 90 degree days have turned to 30 degrees today with some snow flurries forecasted. I'm hoping for continued Fall weather so we can do some shooting at the outdoor ranges. The indoor shooting ranges get a bit expensive in my area. I may be a little cheap, though.

The Law is the weapons and weapons components carefully
 be stored and protected from access by third parties. 
A weapons safe is not enough for me  ...

With us it is currently 37 ° F but snow is not in sight so far except in the mountains.
