1954 Tula as issued?

I've had a 1954 Tula that I've shot off and on. Taking more interest in it and learning.
It looks to me to be as issued but would love input from all you that know about these cool guns. It does have an import stamp.

Looks like it's as-issued to me too. Stock cartouches, no X'd out SNs, matching fonts, staked bayonet. Really nice '54
