Hi Fellas,

Larry G AKA LKermit passed away March 5th. He had been fighting his second bout with advanced cancer of the lung. I never got to meet him personally, but had done some repeat business with him and was in communications with him recently. My thoughts and prayers are with his family. Vio Con Dios LK, PAX

Terrible to hear, I was always impressed with his work. I don't think we ever crossed paths on the boards though.
I forgot we discussed his Fajen stock recently...
I was tempted to bullpup, but only if it was one of his.
We lost an artist.

I was fortunate to have worked with him in the development of my "benchrest sks" stock.  I had him leave ample amount of material in several locations on the stock so that I could finish it out to my liking.  He was an outstanding craftsman and provided his customers EXACTLY what they asked for.  I am proud to have something in my home that he fabricated.

Wow that is really sad to hear. I liked his stocks and his excitement towards making them. And I could always tell making his customer happy was very important to him. I'd never met him, but you could tell he was a great person. RIP my online friend.
