Its (old) Iraqi honor guard of some branch, likely airforce like p32 says. Its an early Russian sks shown by the early russian takedown lever.

Is that a Jungle stock?

That is black on the bottom? i thought it was blue, my next guess was going to be Netherlands

Yeah, that stock has me scratching my head

Maybe it is a fiber glass stock. Looked a bit like a Yugo HG stock to me, but their HG rifles don't have chromed receiver covers and they aren't based on the M59. Like Newchi I could not see any details of that takedown lever

I think he's referring to the black band on the bottom of the Iraqi crest

I bet it is, and a spike one at that. No crossbolt (or bayo) to allow it to fit (and none needed for a non-firing weapon like this)

LC has damn good eyes. That takedown lever is totally pre '54 Russian. All others have two detents on the lever, this one only has the one. (I can't see the tab either, but I can see the detent
