1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

very nice Izhevsk, congratulations!!

I just noticed on the bolt carrier pic......is that a stamp with an H in it?

running-man

Might be an H in a diamond.  Could be a square T+K as well.  Pretty common to see some kind of T+K stamp on the BC in that spot.

Beautiful gun Pat, absolute home run there.  thumb1

Looks like an <H> to me... Like RM said, I always see some type of inspection stamp in that location, even other countries seem to have one there.

Congratulations that's a beauty.

I'd have to say the only thing that one has had done to is to have the peeling/flaking shellac removed and re-shellaced before coming over. Only seen a couple of 54 Izzies like that, all were early ones too.

Blicero

Wow. That's a beautiful example!

"I don't appreciate you showing Nazi images. My old lady's granddad died at Auschwitz."
"I'm sorry to hear that..."
"Yeah...he fell off a guard tower."
