Only 3 Albys this month, $599.95 low, $780.00 high, $666.65 avg.

Please let me know any feedback (good or bad) to these.

If you have an objection or observation to add to anything I've listed, by all means call it out.  Let's look at it long and hard (I only look at each listing for a minute or two at most) and maybe everyone can learn a thing or two!  thumb1

Item Link   Description   # Bids   Final Price   Year   Arsenal Condtion   Current Condition   RM's Notes

521495857   ALBANIAN SKS SUPER RARE 762x39 1978 MFG   1   $620.00    1978   Uncertain   Good   Probably a decent gun here, but a horrible presentation. I would have liked to have seen more detail of the stock as well to tell if it's been dickered with or not.  A bit pricey IMHO w/o seeing additional photos though.

523110330   Albanian sks   25   $780.00    1970   As-Issued   Good   Wow, 25 bids on this one and no wonder why as it's a pretty nice example here!  Quite a bit of bluing wear, though that's to be expected with Albys.  With such few Albys coming up for sale each month, I'd say it will be a long time before a nicer one comes around.

527441340   ALBANIAN SKS SUPER RARE 762x39 1968 MFG   1   $599.95    1968   Refurbished   Fair   Some stock damage around the right crossbolt on this one with a mismatched stock.  Not the prettiest Alby, but the cheapest of the month at just under $600.  It looks like the Albys are making a strong move dollarwise, we'll see if the trend holds up.

These prices make me feel really good about the beat up 1970 mixmaster I picked up at the gun show this weekend  :)

Yes I did. I'd post pics but I it torn down and the parts impregnated with dirty Cosmoline soaking in mineral spirits.  She's had a tough 45 years  :o

Man, I'm moving my Alby to the back of the safe! These things are getting downright pricey. Now it makes me sorry I sold off a second Alby because it wasn't "matching". Sheesh, that doesn't seem to matter now. I bet I won't let another one slip away.

Good deal man...  But why remove the cosmo?   :)

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

running-man

Because she's going to be a sweet shooter!  Well my mixmaster Alby is anyhow.  I've always thought to save the cosmo for something worth keeping in cosmo!  thumb1
