1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Nice!  clap1

I wonder if they have a special block of guns they set aside for this conversion or they just took any decent condition M59/66 and used it?

Loose}{Cannon

I'd like to know how they got the stocks looking like that...

Glad I don't have to hold back living in Ca, I would probably go in dept over one of those beauties. I thought Yugo's didn't have chrome lined BBL's do to no chrome in that country ?

Loose}{Cannon

Where it say anything about chrome bore?

It Dosent, So how did they get the chrome for the Bayo ect

Loose}{Cannon

175 left... Almost half gone.

The 'Yugoslavia dont have chrome" is BS, they just chose not to do the bores.

FWIW

They had 300 of these.  There were 600 chinese honorguards imported and those are up to $900 after shipping and transfer.

I really like that look and wasn't sure if I really really wanted one.  Has anyone ever seen one of these in person?  I cannot find any examples of these in the US even going back many years on various boards/forums.

I did pass up the sweet 59/66 recently.... then bit on the M59 and it is a beauty.

These are unissued SKSs.  Pricey?  Yes.  Rare?  Probably.

I would never shoot one.  I would keep it safe or display it.  Is it worth $700 for a safe queen?

I wonder what these will sell for in 2016 on GB....  Fun to watch for that.

Loose}{Cannon

These have never been seen in the US until this..

May not even be yugo stocks... Could have made their own like Poland etc.

On the website pics, these clearly have grain. I was afraid they were fiberglass.  I think they are wood.

Loose}{Cannon

Yup...  They are wood.

Looks like the bolt carrier is also chrome.

I see three guns in AIMs pics with the letter I as the year 1972.

They come with log books... Will be interesting to see if they are the original Zastava log books, refurb depo books, or something else.
