My first chinese sks...what is it?

yeah, its in the mail now.  The stock looked like it was made out of an old fencepost and when you have a safe full of russian and swiss surplus it really stood out.
I should have just refinished it myself, but i dont know how.  I tried to sell it locally but no one wanted it, or rather paying to ship it back was a smaller loss.
Im sure it will piss me off when those things are $400
