First time in MANY years I bought a gun at a gunshow. Walked in and there was a Russian SKS on the table for $850. Walked over to check it out. It was a non referb 1951 Tula , with shiny blued finish , white bayonet & BCG. without thinking I asked if he would take $800 and took it. It had about 20 years worth of grim on it but I figured it would clean up. Got it home took it apart and was surprised to it packed full of cosmo including the bbl. the bolt has no primer marks, the the piston is completely clean in the cosmo. It looks like it has never been taken apart. no Import marks on the receiver (very light one on the bbl). All matching numbers. Over all Im pretty happy with my gunshow score.

Direct Connection

Being able to view the gun on site is a big bonus. 800.00 for an all matching non referb Russian is a great deal.  thumb1

Beautiful gun, excellent bluing, nice grain pattern! Great price these days as well.  8)

You got a nice one for certain!  I like those old CAI imports with the discrete stamps. Wish they would have not translated the S/N, but beggars can't be choosers.  chuckles1

Congrats.
