WTS Chinese 10rd magazines
« on: September 26, 2020, 06:25:41 AM »
I've got 10 Chinese box mags, all in VG+ condition, that I want to sell. A couple of 'em have no serial numbers - what's a fair 'ask' price (figure add ten bucks postage for CONUS) nowadays?

Anywhere from $45(poor condition) to $100(excellent condition) is where I see them sell for these days. I bid on one on GB for $55 w/$8 shipping as an initial bid that is in very good condition and ended up winning it. It is a Chinese mag. May swap it out for the Russian mag on my DP.

Gg, I've seen a few on GB that are in the same $80-$100 range. Picked these up abt 3yrs-ish ago for $35-$45 from a guy that was selling different types of magazines - wasn't an SKS owner. Would the no-numbers ones (exclnt cond.) be worth more or less? Tks.

No numbers would be an auction only situation for me...that thing could go sky high right about now. Start at $50 run it for a week.

What Justin said. Ebay or GB(probably Ebay will get higher bids) Start at $50 on a 7 day auction only, NO BIN or Best offer.

Don't have one ending in 00191 or L 2696 SN do you? (I need an emoji of a needle in a haystack) :))

Here's a qwik look at the numbers. The two w/o sernos (I call them "slicks") are attached to SKSs that are in socks & in my safe.

Are you planning on selling the "slicks"? I'd be interested in one or both, depending on the price you decide on.

Both of 'em are now attached to two /26\'s that had non-matching mags (now in the group of ten). Keeping.

Best SKS sticky ever.

I'm on a WWII German pistol forum as well.
The will frequently list serial numbered magazines and accessories to see if anyone has the gun. The theory is that the gun owner would be able to pick it up for cost, or do a direct trade.
Don't know if it's ever been done successfully, but it sure is a nice thought.
