Is the O3 ffl still valid when moving to another state?

If I get a 03 ffl while living in PA, is I valid in another state when I move out of PA.

If you vacate the address on your FFL, you need to get your FFL changed to reflect your new address. This is consistent with most (all?) government licenses.

But, seriously, we will probably rent an apartment for the short term and look for house.

I'm hoping that logistics will prolong our Pennsylvania long enough to see what happens with the new ammo purchase laws and the injunction against the ban on high-cap magazines.

If it were up to me, we'd be moving to Washington, Oregon, or Colorado. (And, No. Not because of the mj laws)
