What year ?

I have a Russian SKS that I bought in the late 90s, early 2000s in emacalite condition it has all matching numbers with the exception of the gas tube which is electro penciled and I am wondering if anyone can tell me if it's a transition made in 56-58  ser number co 620* should it tell me what year it is?
