Got these in today and I noticed that they are scrubbed and refurbished bolt carriers. Now idk if this was before or after import but it looks like before to me as they are from different eras but share the same finish and show signs of neutralized rust pitting. Doubt this is too groundbreaking but I figured I’d throw it into the forest of knowledge. Maybe someone can gain something for this

My parts bin is getting kinda full lol

Found a carrier that has some numbers on the side and the faintest remains of an EP’d serial

If I come across anything interesting on the bolt carriers I purchase I’ll trow it in here

To me, in the first pic, the one on the left looks pre-export and the one on the right looks like bubba got his hands on it. I base this on the appearance of a smooth even finish on the left one and the uneven, cleaned up grinder finish on the right.
My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

The numbered unit looks like it could be Yugo part number but I don't have a Yugo handy to check it against, PAX
