Question for the Russian GURUS

What is the Story now on the So Called EX-DDR Russians.
I picked this up and it has all the features, and I think there is a /1\ barely sticking up below the Stock line.....Just havent taken out of the Stock yet.......Are these still called EX-DDR, or I have heard they call the LIPTSKYS now or something...
Can somebody help me Identify from the Bad pics....lol...can probably post more soon......
The Top Cover is TULA, 1954 Stamped.
