Wow, that's some great photo-zooming Boris! 

Certainly an SKS.  I don't know about it being a Yugo though.  I don't see the gas block nor any provisions for grenade sights, though bubba may have taken them off.  Odds are it's some Chinese flavor.  Hopefully a better image of it surfaces eventually.
