My latest restore-/26\ 1.5M

Picked this up as a matching numbers rifle except the mag and it had been crudely neutered. First I cleaned up the FSB to look nicer and was going to make another hunting rifle (which I did do), but then thinking about it being a 1.5M /26\ I decided it needed to be restored. Thanks to Bacarnal selling me the bayonet assembly and a stripped FSB and for Echo1 loaning me his FSB removal tool I now have it back to original configuration. I wire wheeled the FSB down and cold blued it to match, it cleaned up quite nicely I think.

I decided to make a road trip (4.5hours round trip) today to go to a gun show down in Springfield, MO and ran into First Choice. He's seen it up close so you can ask him how close to original it looks. 

The only sad part is the matching mag was missing, but at least the mag that came with it is OEM and matching bluing.
