Oddity(to me anyway) on Chinese SKS stock

I saw this on GB and noticed the back of the butt is opened out like an Albanian two hole stock. It has been sanded down and poly'd. Has anyone ever seen a regular Chinese stock like that or is this maybe an Albanian modification to a Chinese stock. single hole butt plate vs double hole butt plate. I was going to bid on it to have a spare on hand for my daughter's SKS (currently in a Tapco w/blade) in case we get to the point of needing to put it back to OEM for some .gov type reason.

I've not seen this before and on a standard issue stock.

The wood looks like it could possibly be Yugoslavian, or Albanian. And definitely early production because of the Pot bellied stock for a blade bayonet.

No numbers and being a blade cut with a side mount sling swivel loop I assumed it would be of Chinese origin.
I thought the same on the wood, wondering if it is an Albanian replacement stock for one of the Chinese made rifles. Regardless the cavity in the back makes it a little difficult to have the cleaning kit back there I would think.

Were you able to see pics of the bottom of the cavity? It may still be usable if it was done correctly. (For either a two-hole or the single)

It's made out of beechwood, so that and the square look says Albanian!  Could be one of the rough replacement stocks that someone worked on a bit to get it into shape.

That actually was my first thought, but I have seen Chinese stocks that have a similar grain. Anyway, I'm not going to bid on it because, after I add the expense of the hardware and an HG I could have just bought a nice Russian stock from Canada that's ready to go w/matching HG.

I think an Albanian T56 replacement stock too, that beech fishscale pattern is pretty noticeable sans finish on some of the other photos.   It was on a gun for a good while though, staining at the crossbolt and under the sling swivel are very noticable and it has an trigger group ejection spring on it.

Here are 3 that I have, the center one is the T56, the other two are replacements for Albanian SKS's.  Interesting that mine is a bottom swivel and this one is a side.  Not quite the same under buttplate cavity in mine, but I would suspect all the side swivel stocks have the big cut with either one or two holes drilled depending on which stock was being made.  Never know what you're going to get from those zany Albanians I guess.
