My Chinese SKS, all cleaned up!

Here is my 10 Million serial number range (10158302) Chinese SKS.  This SKS was bought at Turner's for the price of $379.  I spent a few hours cleaning it up, I'm pleased with the results!  SKS Files has my permission to use any contents of this thread for purposes of tracking SKS imports.   

After unboxing at home, full of Cosmoline.




After the stock and hand guard was cleaned I applied some Howard Feed-N-Wax.



I did notice a few interesting markings, a "0" and a faint "8" in a triangle. I'm not sure what they mean??




All numbers matching!

Triangle marks on the stock are likely inspection marks, or possibly a factory that made wood items like gun stocks.
