what a value on a heavy refurb Tula 54

Found one at a local gun shop, it had one of those 20rd Chinese mags in it.  I did not ask if they had the original.  The bolt  carrier is black but bayonet was not.  It was $550, thinking about going back and offering $450 since its some what bubbad.

What say the collective?

Seems like a reasonable offer, going off of no pictures. Those Chinese 20 round mags go for $80-100, a mismatched Russian mag will probably not be a lot cheaper, so $450 for a mismatched heavily refurbished shooter Russian. About market value these days.
