Saw this for sale and didnt really know if its a fancy parade gun or someone took it to the local chrome shop.
But i know someone here will know what it is.

The seller said all matching 1954r, thats all.

I'd be surprised (altho not amazed) to see a "parade" SKS with mixed wood, grain and stain.

Looks like a Russian that someone chromed.   Stock stripped aswell.

Thanks, thats what i thought.   We dont get many fancy parade rifles up here.

I saw this one today also and wondered at it!   Hard to find them in my neck of the woods that haven't been painted, and I don't want a painted rifle - just personal taste.
