Bore snake vs Chinese bore snake

On my many ebay wandering for cheap pointless crap i dont need i saw some boresnakes for $2:50
Well not boresnakes but

so for that price why not, worth a laugh i figured.
To be perefectly fair, other than a few less rows of bristles, there is no difference.  Ive cleaned 2 rifles with it now and cant tell if i pick up the real one or the new one.
Just thought someone else might be interested  because a bore snake for every different calibre gets a bit spendy.
I ordered 2 more and a .22 one.

it came from china in the standard little grey plastic mailer thingy.
Only took about 3 weeks, but as a rule things from China arrive in either 3 weeks or 3 months, but never in between.

Well on a plus side... Hoppes boresnakes are.....Made in China    just cause it has an American name...don't mean it comes from 'Merica
look down left side of the UPC label..very last line..Made in CHINA

I love the bore snakes. I think I have 5, maybe 6. I'd have to go look. For sure I have 22, 223-556-22mag, 30 cal, 9mm and 12G. One or 2 pulls and you are done.

just go to eBay and put in bore snake in search, thousands will come up.

Thanks found them listes from $2.19 to $16-18.00. Based on information above I bought 3 for grand total of $7.56 inc. shipping. Should  arrive next week or early March. Do not need to tell you  where they are coming from
