Hoping I've got a great find. Nice patina. All #'so match. Any information on origin & value?

It may just be the lighting glare, but the stock looks like it might have had a coat or five of linseed oil since it came back from SE Asia in the late 1960s or early 70s.

It surely looks like three or four of my Vietnam experienced guns from the same production period.

If the stock hasn't been refinished, it's around a $450 gun without papers.

Loose}{Cannon

By the rounded edges of the finger-grooves, I think it may have been sanded and refinished.   Still a great gun in my opinion and still $450

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Looks like a nice old gal. I agree the stock has been refinished. Definitely looks like it has been sanded down and recoated. But that would have been common back in the day for someone making their war trophy look nicer, if it truly is a bring back.

Tks! I figured around $400-450! Actually, the finish is dull and goes well with the patina, rough and ready!
