Here is a post war PP I got a couple of days ago. It turns out gun was made before 1989, because of the "A" following the frame serial number, and the barrel is a 1969 barrel pointing the gun being made in 1969. In Dieter Marschall's book, he says the frame  "A" was discontinued in 1989.  The serial number range points to time when the French Co. Manurhan produced the frames and slides in the white an also the barrels and then sent them to Walther for hardening and bluing and roll and proof marking.  I use it as pocket carry backup to the service size gun daily.

Slick little .380, it looks tiny.  How many rounds does she hold in the mag Don?
