MEBears

Hi guys, thanks for having me. I bought an SKS a couple of years ago and have been hooked ever since. I only have a couple at the moment but definitely plan on a few more. I live in central Maine and spend as much time as I can at the club I belong to or out at the local pits shooting. I look forward to learning more about milsurps and drooling over some of the rifles posted.  -Jim

Right on bears, glad to have you aboard!  I've seen your K31 and some Mausers of yours (I think), but I don't recall any SKSs.  Join in some of the discussions and make yourself at home!  ;)

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Welcome MEBears, you came to the right place for learning & drooling over the SKS!.

Welcome dude!!  Hey, I work with a guy from Maine.  I might have to get with you from time to time for explanations and advice. :)  jd
I don't want to belong to any club that will accept me as a member.  Groucho Marx

That's the truth. I have family from Maine (and Campobello Island), they don't call them Mainiacs for nothing.  :)

That's ok, I grew up in rural New England so I'm just a fellow Swamp Yankee anyway.
It's sad that the motto of young Americans isn't "live free or die" or "I regret that I have but one life to give for my country" or even "ask not what your country can do for you but what you can do for your country". Instead their motto is "pee yourself, shelter in place and cry for help". Pathetic.
