M21 Find

Is there a M21 serial number data base? I thought there was, but I cannot find it. I need to do a little correcting on this one, but not too bad overall. I pick it up on Wed.

Definitely a nice get Pat!  What needs fixed on this one beyond the takedown lever?  At first blush it looks like a real winner.
