Nice Rifles Sam, Got a good collection going, Dont worry , more will come.  Just keep a Good eye out and buy when you see them cheap or Buy when you see something that you know you might not see again. One thing i do is watch Gunbroker and i have it set up to email me every morning with any SKS rifles that were listed. it helps me watch for the rare ones that might be listed wrong or any Russians that might be listed as a buy it now for 2-300.(its rare anymore but it happens).

Thanks buddy; Yeah, that's my problem, seeing one I know I want, or "must have" lol, and then convincing myself I won't see it again, and getting into a frenzy over it hahah. You're right though, more certainly do come around. I need to practice more self control & collecting SKS' could help and/or hinder me in that lmao. Gunbrokers website actually confuses me, it seems like there's too much going on at once, and too many buttons and things. I honestly just use Armslist, but since you say gubroker has an option to email you when something you want is posted, I'm gonna have to go on over there and get used to it, because that right there is an invaluable feature! Thanks!

QuoteI just want one of the AK mag variants and I'd be satisfied to rest, regroup and get the finances back on track  chuckles1.

This.... this, is how it all starts.. the addiction excuses... "IF" I get this I will be satisfied, slowly it grows into, well I need this one now, and this, OH MY!!! would ya look at that, yup I need that also, then you look the the wifey.......ooooohhhh girl, you just don't know how rare these are and I bought one, no... you don't need shoes to work in, here is some ducttape and newspaper, wrap them piggys.

Regroup.. rofl2 means...  let me scan GunBroker for my next fix.

Throw the finances out the window, buy Ramen by the case.....it's a hard knock life when your addicted. thumb1

I can give you a perfect example......Ask RunningMan why he won't buy a Mosin. Simple...addiction is powerful.

Go ahead... deny it.. I dare ya..  Remember denial is one of the signs of addiction.. YOU wont win, your done, see you in the meetings with Montigre.. yup she attends..
Hi, my name is Sam, and I have an addiction..... hi Sam. thumb1

rofl2 chuckles1

B-b-but.. I-I can control it! I can stop whenever I want!. *Scratches and claws at neck vigorously*, "Hey man! Y-y-you got a-any S-s-s-Simonovs?!... C'mon man, please... at least let me see a few pics!"

Hahaha, you're so right though, and I just realized that. After I buy one, I just go on armslist and "look around casually" and next thing I know I'm emailing the seller asking questions only a serious buyer would ask.... And then all of the sudden I'm sending a money order out. SKS blackouts man. They're dangerous :P

Lucky(unlucky?) for me though, I don't have a wife/SO at the time being so that's a bundle being saved right there; I will however, definitely have to remember the newspaper and ducttape shoes! It may be the difference between sex for a couple weeks and a gorgeous SKS someday  chuckles1

DO be careful using Armslist, Never send money anywhere through there unless you talk to them and trust them, i have messaged back and forth with More Scammers on there then ive ever seen on any other site. Its bloody ridiculous. I would even be Leary of some of the "local" folks, its a bad set up, you could potentially be robbed or worse.  One way to identify most BS ads on there is cause they say stuff like Maryland maryland for the city and state. Then when you ask them about the gun they say they were there but not they are back in (any state). Anyway Sam enjoy the Stamped receiver and let me know when you want to tackle the Issue with the other one.  ;)
