A friend let me know that House of Bargains in Jefferson City Missouri had a pair of SKS is there, but said one of them was Russian. I stopped by today, and they are both Chinese, but neither has import marks, neither has the stakes disturbed on the bayonet, and both our numbers matching and have what seems to be the correct patina. The 300,000 series is priced at 495, and the 11 million is priced at 475.
My friend said they said something about papers, but the guy who was working today didn't know, and said they get their guns from a vendor.
I am still suffering from tax season, and every damn vehicle I own comes up for registration in these two months.

Yes, they have layaway, but I am preparing for a family Float Trip in a week and a half. They are pretty good about negotiating a bit too.
