Might be one of those Classic Arms chrome jobbers from about 10/12yrs ago. Back when everything was "communistic pimpalicious"..

I remember Aks, Mosins, Toks, P64s and I think Yugo SKSs, they may have slipped a Chinese into the vat.

First picture looks like the stock had been restamped, the the second picture the sling swivel conveniently covers that spot. ?

It looks like the PLA Honor Guard Team is using a new type of chromed Type 56 semi-auto (since 2015?) rifles. All metal parts are chromed.

What you're seeing in the first pic is bruising from the coiled sling attachment. The stocks original, it hasn't been restamped.
