Here's the traditional 25 meter SKS target (can't remember where I got it from, it's been around forever)


Any stock SKS in decent working order should be a 6 MOA gun all day long.  At 25 meters that same gun should be within a 1.5" circle.

Ah...  Ok.  I just went back and looked at your pics. 
      
1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

I don't get what you mean?  Was I thinking it right? Get behind the rifle.  You never see people talk about that and a lot of people  get confused over that one.  I read   agrace's  fight over the same issue and I'm going to use the hammer idea and see if I can knock a change into it.

What about barrel/receiver index marks, are they in line?
