Slider Mount?

I have a West Coast Slider that has the pressed on side mount. Previous owner neatly drilled out the mount and ground the two pins flat to the receiver.  I have seen mounts that we're screwed on. Are the flat head screws available anywhere? I would like to drill and tap to reattach the mount.

Not sure.. Likely have to d/t for whatever size the hole will accept and get some corresponding screws.

Any reason why you want the mount back on? Nothing fits it...
