Looks like some kind of Chinese stamped mag spliced to a smaller size.

Yeah, when I got them, one had a sticker that said early Chinese.....but IIRC....didn't fit an AK, or SKS-M. It has that transitional hooked rear.....and a plastic follower.....does it look similar to a VZ style?

It ain't no Vz  , now one I might guess is a Type63/68

I found the pic of the one AK mag I had. After posting about it on one of the other files, I gave the floorplate to someone in need. Not sure about what yours fit though...







Do yours have poly followers or steel?

ETA: I found the mag body. Yours appears to have the front lug a bit lower, but is otherwise very close to mine. Mine does fit in an AK.

Just looks like an ak mag to me.        Some minor manufacturing differences, but thats about all I see.

My followers are poly with the sharp tipped faux cartridge.....look just like yours. I actually tried one in a Sporter today and it locked in.....it's a little loose, but the BHO works.....have to try it out soon.....Thanks for all the feedback!

Wow, that it odd. I did some pretty extensive research on AK mags trying to ID the bunch that I have, and never came across anything like that!
