Howdy. Soon to be a new SKS owner. I've thought about getting into SKS rifles in recent years. But never pulled the trigger. But when places like Classic had those Slovenian Yugo's up for sale. I thought really hard. Didn't bite. Then when I saw AIM had the Yugo's up for sale. I pounced and bought a regular 59/66 for a shooter. And one of those ceremonial rifles just for fun. Doubt I'll ever shoot it. They should be in town today. :D

Anyway a little about me. I'm from Virginia. My main gun interests are bullpups, Beretta and Czech/CZ firearms.

Later.

When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Welcome Jack, this is a good place to start out if you're new. Come to think of it, it's a good place if you're NOT new!

Flatlander. :o  I live in a small town south of Richmond.

Living in Flatlandia in the southern part of the Commonwealt  means that I'm more dignified than you banjo playing, bucked-toothed smiling mountain folks.  :P That's right, you're no better really than West Virginians.  :o :o rofl wink1
But I'm not stuck up like the yuppies in NOVA. wink1

You brought it. And I gave it right back to ya.  thankyou1

:)

I carry a little piece of VA wherever I go. wink1

I've got some friends and family there. MO is a lot like VA. Except you have Braums. :D

Oh...he's fiesty...I like him already rofl.     I work and live parttime in the Chester, sorry, Chesta and Petersburg area with a buncha flatlandas, but I truly reside in the hills bout 30miles from WVa..There is a big difference. And, yea, you don't seem to be a snooty NOVA guy,  but like I said, I ain't gonna hold it against ya, nobody is perfect, the hippie is close though. fart1 rofl2.   Don't run from the banjos, that means a ho down is happining, the hollar honeys will be dancing in the barn and sofa is out next to the tire bonfire with the mason jars... rofl2

And, nice piece thumb1. I like the grips. thumb1
