I'm near Elizabethtown, about 40 miles south of Louisville. Lots of rain recently keeping the Ohio River high and muddy. I've owned and own several guns and just recently bought a couple Chinese and one Russian SKS. Spent a couple years in the Army
so already familiar with military weapons. A hunter for a lot of years and like to shoot.
I remember one day during basic training at FT Riley Kansas we were trained on every
small arms weapon on the base including a 50 caliber machine gun. That thing had some kick.
I'll post pictures later of my SKS's. Might even show you my 30 M1 carbine paratrooper.

Welcome aboard!

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Welcome from Washington State.  Glad you're here.  Would like to see any of those firearms you mentioned  :)

Thanks for serving!

I watched the movie Elizabethtown once, does that count???? :) :)

Welcome aboard Wingnut.
My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know."
