Very nice..  was this one recently on gunbroker?

Finally added one to the collection myself recently.  In case you haven't seen it yet, I have a page on sksguide.com regarding   these rifles.   Honor Guard - Chinese SKS Guide

Congrats..  looks great!

1776 will commence again if you try to take our firearms... It doesn't matter how many Lenins you get out on the street begging for them to be taken.

Yes, I researched your page before I bought it.  And, it was sold by someone on Gunbroker.com.  This is a good one.  I got the same certificate of authenticity from Norinco too.

I think this is a re-arsenaled /26\ rifle from early 1960s subsequently became an honor guard.  The internal looks new but anatomically similar to millsurp blade style old SKS's.

It looks like China recently changed honor guard SKS during 2008 Beijing Olympics.  These are side rear swivel SKS, I believe (said issued to Armed Police).

Awesome, if I had one of those I would be afraid to take it outside!

Very nice honor guard sks!   thumb1  I like the China pic also!
When the Cambrian measures were forming, They promised perpetual peace.
They swore, if we gave them our weapons, that the wars of the tribes would cease.
But when we disarmed They sold us and delivered us bound to our foe,
And the Gods of the Copybook Headings said: "Stick to the Devil you know."

Yup..  these pics have been floating around for a while.  They also have spike bayos where 99.99% of all pics I have ever seen, they were blade guns.

That's quite the chromed beauty  thumb1

I like the blade bayonet version a bit better but I wouldn't refuse one of those crates of spike Honor Guard SKSs if Jiang Zemin offered it to me  :))
