This one was on my watch list but I never got around to bidding, went for less than I thought it would - $536.

Wouldn't be almost $700 by the time all the fees are added? A little over the top for a Chinses for me, but a decent enough rifle commercially modded. I'm anal about matching HGs as well. PAX

Greatguns

Closer to $600-$625 unless they get gouged for the FFL transfer, then $650-ish
My Avatar is a pic of the real "Ghost" SKS in honor of xxxsks(joe). It is a pic of a fully decked out SKS in Capco hunter's kit. This was mine, the only other pic I had ever seen of one was Joe's.

Yeah, that mismatching HG would drive me nuts too PAX!  Not a bad deal for a Navy Arms scrubbed commercial gun, though w/o the scope mount it's not really much good unless someone already has one.

I suppose the title should be more of "fairly good deal" rather than "...great deal...."

The ad doesn't say it specifically, but the import stamp is clearly NA and that rail is what XXXSKS Joe called a "Navy Arms Type 2" Type 89 Rail.  Type 89 mounts gotta run what, $200 minimum these days?

I paid $250, mount and RedStar, 8 years ago then waited 4 years until I used it on a modded KSI Hunter with no-where rail until I stumbled upon a Cowboys Companion 2 years later. Picked it up as parts 6 months apart, mag & stock 1st then the action. PAX
