I taped off 4 of the digits just to preserve his identity.

If only 4 digits are covered by the tape, it would only be an 8 digit number and not a 9 digit Social security number.

It is a 9 digit #. I misspoke is the first post regarding it. There are 5 numbers under the tape

246 is one of the area numbers assigned to North Carolina.

That looks like one of the Albanian made stocks for the Type 56.
