Looks like a Norinco JW-15.. same action... or a copied action from a Cz BRNO..or a 452..  I have a... Uhm few..    they are pretty decent shooters.. lack the finish and fluff of more common .22s, but they will hold their own in capable hands..  Be careful with the wood... it's akin to some soft pallet wood..

Looks like a Lyman style, but if original it could be a Chinese copy of one.

Never seen Chinese target peeps in my digging on the Chinese rimfires.. not saying they don't exist.. but, i've never run across them, even in overseas vendors and forums like in New Zealand and other countries where these are still imported and sold...   Williams sights is another possibility.

It does have a 10rd factory mag if your lucky to get the original mag.. if not, a 5 rd Cz452 will usually fit with a little fitting.

I found out on another forumn it is a Lyman 48. Have to wait and see which # is stamped into it.
