Odd Chinese arsenal marking

While perusing the Gunbroker offerings on Type 56's, I ran across this one with a strange-to-me arsenal marking. It looks to be electro-penciled on rather than a stamp.

Which arsenal would you guys assign it to? /6011\? /6017\? I'm terrible at the /\ guessing game.

And, is this a common thing with the later scrubbed guns? (/\ arsenal markings done in electro-pencil?) I assume it a scrubbed gun, anyway. Pressed barrel, late features, obviously NOT a 7mil 1962 Type 56.

5rd mag makes it look odd to me aside from the obvious weirdness. Just like i've not seen an EP'd arsenal stamp, I've not see the serializing done like that on a Chinese rifle either. Looks more akin to a Yugo serial font. Older import stamp as well. certainly an oddball but enough mismatching parts for me to not be financially curious.

I agree that it's/6011\. 1971 is the only year of production for these in the posted serial data, so that's consistent.

All the /6011\s have odd looking arsenal stamps on them.  At least they are consistent in that respect! 

The slide on the rear sight leaf though...   I wonder if that was swapped out when the magazine was changed?

Didn't even notice that, but after your post I was trying to remember if some of the tail end builds of the 'Hunter' rifle, be it Bricklee or Polytech had gone to the AK style rear sight leaf? The mag doesn't look right for it to be a Navy build.
