got an sks with no factory code serial number is all matching with five digits starting at 40

Based on your limited description and no pictures, 40xxx with no /26\ but with all matching stock and metal component numbers is a “ghost”. If so, it’s a 1956 Jianshe (26, before they started using 26 in April 1957) with a blade bayonet, long lug barrel, bottom rear sling swivel, milled trigger group frame, lightening cuts in the bolt carrier and bayonet lug, v-notched foreend ferrule, etc.

Has all the ingredients you mentioned although I noticed russain inspection stamps on barrel lug so far

They conformed to the Russian-style, especially in the first year of production, like yours.

i.o inc. north carolina..inter ord. i guess? diamond with a 6 in it and a crescent mark too on around lug ,seems i seen that on russian i got

That’s the first IO stamp from Monroe, NC from imports that came in ~1Q 2013. 

The second stamp they used was after they moved their operations to Palm Bay, FL in 3Q 2013.

Looks like a keeper for certain.
