It's my understanding that the SKS is a 3" to 4" MOA rifle with factory ammo.  I reload and I'm just getting into reloading 7.62x39.  I will be using either BL-C(2) or CFE-BLK powder with .311" 123/124 graing bullets.  My range is a 25 yard range and it will be a little while before I can go out to 100 yards.  What kind of accuracy should I expect with hand loaded ammo?

Thoughts...?  Thanks for your input.

At 25 yards from a bench rest you should be able to make about a 1" group with factory ammo, so perhaps 0.3 to 0.6" hole with handloads.

Been toying with the idea of loading for my SKS and I am curious to see what kind of results you get.

Be sure to post your findings.

At 25 yards I doubt you will notice a difference between factory ammo and half decent hand loads.
